Cancellation Policy

Maximum 15 Children By submitting this booking request, you agree to the following terms for your children’s private event at Solstice Artworks. A valid credit or debit card must be placed on file at the time of booking. A card on file is required to reserve the event date and time. You are reserving space for the number of children selected at booking. The studio will prepare supplies, staffing, and layout according to that number. If additional children attend beyond the reserved amount, they will be accommodated only if space permits and will be charged at the current per child event rate. Any additional balance will be processed to the card on file after the event. No deposit is required. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event. If the event is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. If the event is canceled on the day of the event or the group does not attend, a $100 no show fee will be charged to the card on file. Final payment will be based on the total number of participating children in attendance, including any additional participants. The remaining balance will be processed using the card on file following the event. Kids private events are limited to 15 children to allow space for supervising parents and a comfortable studio environment. If you do not see your desired date available, please call the studio during business hours to discuss possible scheduling options. All date changes must be approved by Solstice Artworks. By completing this booking form, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and authorize Solstice Artworks to charge the card on file in accordance with these terms.
