In this Wellness Wednesday session, we’ll use the fluid, expressive nature of watercolor to create landscapes that reflect our emotions. Think of it as painting what you feel rather than what you see—letting color, line, and flow guide the process.
Each participant will work in their own personal watercolor art journal, turning this into a meaningful keepsake you can return to again and again. No art experience needed—just openness to explore your inner world through paint.
