Step into an evening of creativity, connection, and restoration. In this special Wellness Wednesday, we’ll craft healing bowls from our “broken pieces”—transforming them into beautiful works of art that remind us how wholeness can emerge through healing.
To deepen the experience, we’ll welcome a guest sound healer who will guide us through a soothing sound journey with bowls, chimes, and gentle vibrations. It’s an invitation to slow down, breathe, and let art and sound carry you into calm.
