About the event
Let Go is a gentle guided paint night and wellness workshop designed to help you release what no longer serves you and create space for peace and joy. Through painting sound healing and quiet reflection, this class invites you to breathe out what feels heavy and breathe into something new.
You will create a guided painting on your choice of a twelve by sixteen or sixteen by twenty canvas while being supported by soothing sound healing throughout the evening. Tea from The Spice and Tea Exchange will be served, adding warmth and grounding to the experience. The atmosphere is calm welcoming and supportive, with no pressure to share more than feels comfortable.
This class is about process rather than perfection and is open to all experience levels.
