Cancellation Policy

Maximum 20 Guests By submitting this booking request, you agree to the following terms for your corporate event at Solstice Artworks. A valid credit or debit card must be provided at the time of booking. A card on file is required to reserve and hold your selected date and time. A $50 non refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit will be applied toward your final event balance. You are reserving space based on the group size selected at booking. Staffing, materials, and studio setup will be prepared according to that number. If attendance exceeds the reserved group size, additional guests will be accommodated only if space allows and will be charged at the current per person rate. The additional balance will be processed to the card on file following the event. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event time. If the event is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, the $50 deposit will be retained and no additional cancellation fee will apply. If the group does not arrive for the scheduled event or cancels on the day of the event, the $50 deposit will be retained and an additional $50 fee will be charged to the card on file, totaling $100. Final event charges will be based on actual attendance. The remaining balance, including any additional guests, will be processed using the card on file after the event. Maximum attendance for corporate events is 20 guests unless otherwise approved in writing by Solstice Artworks. If you do not see your preferred date available online, please call the studio during business hours to discuss scheduling options. Date changes must be approved directly by the studio and are not guaranteed. By completing this booking form, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and authorize Solstice Artworks to charge the card on file in accordance with this policy.
