Cancellation Policy

Maximum 20 Guests By submitting this booking request, you agree to the following terms for your private adult event at Solstice Artworks. A valid credit or debit card must be provided at the time of booking. A card on file is required to confirm your reservation. A $50 non refundable deposit will be charged at booking to secure your selected date and time. This deposit will be credited toward your final balance. You are reserving space based on the group size selected at booking. Supplies and staffing will be prepared accordingly. If additional guests attend beyond the reserved number, they will be accommodated only if space permits and will be charged at the current per person rate. The additional balance will be processed to the card on file after the event. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event. If the event is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, the $50 deposit will be retained. If the event is canceled on the day of the event or your group does not attend, the $50 deposit will be retained and an additional $50 fee will be charged, totaling $100. Final payment will be determined by the total number of attendees present. The remaining balance, including any additional participants, will be processed using the card on file after attendance is confirmed. Maximum attendance for adult private events is 20 guests unless otherwise approved by Solstice Artworks. If your preferred date is not available online, please call the studio during business hours to discuss availability. By submitting this form, you agree to these terms and authorize Solstice Artworks to process applicable charges to the card provided.
